This sweet fish is heated with hot honey and plenty of crisp Parmesan cheese crackers for a savory note. To make your own hot honey, combine honey and crushed red pepper in a small skillet and bring to a simmer over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Stir in the apple-cider vinegar as needed. Try this easy method with other vegetables like beets, turnips or Brussels sprouts too.
